VIM Technologies has recently announced four upcoming training courses that will take place between March and September of 2022. Registration is available for each of the two one-day courses for $399, while the three-day training sessions require a $599 registration fee. Due to ongoing health precautions, all of VIM Technologies’ training courses are being offered virtually.
The earliest announced course will be held on March 23rd for intermediate-level guests and will cover CEMLink 6 for CEMS Technicians. Direct analyzer diagnostics, system engineering, logbook and alarm management, and events will all be discussed. Attendees will also learn how to customize the software to meet their own needs. The course has an expected run-time of 4 hours, where attendees will spend time making hands-on adjustments to key modules within the CEMLink 6 system.
May’s training course is CEMLink 6 for Environmental Managers which is recommended for intermediate Environmental support staff users responsible for CEMS/DAHS systems. Topics covered will be data editing, trending, customizing dashboards, and layouts within the CEMLink 6 platform. The course has an expected run-time of 4 hours, where attendees will spend time making hands-on adjustments to key modules within the CEMLink 6 system.
Summer starts off with a Part 60 CEMS and COMS Requirements three-day training course with content designed to give the attendee a deep understanding of the Part 60 monitoring, performance, quality assurance, record keeping, and reporting requirements for CEMS and COMS. This training is valuable to either personnel with limited Part 60 experience or can serve as a refresher for more seasoned personnel.
Wrapping up our recently announced training courses is our three-day September session on the Introduction to Part 75. This training class is directed towards environmental staff responsible for complying with 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. An overview will be provided on the general provisions required by the rule including monitoring methods, data handling, quality assurance testing, recertification events, annual analysis, and reporting/recordkeeping requirements. Attendees will be taught the VIM Technologies 10-step program for success, which focuses on highly effective data assessment techniques.
