Energy, Progress, and Innovation Conference (EPIC) returned to Bismarck, North Dakota in January 2023.
The EPIC Conference and Exhibit was held last week in Bismarck, ND with over 1000 participants from 30 states. The conference brought together professionals from the energy, utilities, and the environment sectors. VIM Technologies was proud to be in attendance to support the EPIC organization, and to support our current and future clients.
This annual conference is organized by the staff of Bismarck State College’s Continuing Education. The three days of networking and break-out sessions were supported by vendors and representatives for energy generation, electric utilities, and refiners. We were one of the many vendors exhibiting at this event.
VIM Technologies provides environmental compliance and DAS software for a wide range of applications in the industry in the Americas. Andy Rothenberger and Odette Alsen were in attendance in Bismarck to meet and greet existing VIM DAS users as well as industry colleagues, and potential new clients. The conference energizes industrial and private entities through education, technology, and innovation.
Natural resources in North Dakota offer a wide variety of opportunities for energy generation. Oil, Lignite Coal, Natural Gas, Biofuels, Wind and Solar enhance North Dakota’s energy landscape. This was reflected in the range of topics covered in the technical papers presented at the conference, and the informal conversations held between the stake holders and vendors during the exhibit hours.
