VIM Technologies (VIM) participated in the 72nd annual AREGC Exhibit and Conference held in Park City, Utah. The theme of the meeting was Bridging the Future of Power Generation, and it certainly delivered on this theme. Odette Alsen, West Regional Sales Manager, represented VIM Technologies as we participated in this conference as a sponsor for the first time.
There are over 800 distribution cooperatives which are the foundation of the electric cooperative network. Electric Cooperatives are built by the communities they serve. Almost all meet the same challenges with decarbonization and energy transformation which dominates the power industry.
The conference and exhibit allowed for in-person engagements and detailed conversations about the challenges facing the co-ops and an opportunity to learn about each co-op’s solutions and experiences.
