Calibration Utilities
If you’re a technician or environmental engineer responsible for managing CEMS ongoing quality assurance requirements, you may want to attend our Calibration Utilities course. This course covers every aspect of the Cylinder Management, Calibration Control, and Calibration Data Viewer user interfaces.
System Troubleshooting
In order to effectively troubleshoot problems when they pop up, the System Troubleshooting course guides you through the architecture and setup of CEMLink6. Once we’ve discussed the system architecture and key Microsoft components, we’ll work together to troubleshoot “real-world” scenarios with built-in and third-party tools.
Security/Scheduler
This class provides an overview on the role of security in the CEMLink DAS and the configuration of critical events with the Scheduler UI. You’ll learn how to set up users, groups, permissions, passwords, emails, and SMS. We’ll also walk you through a CEMLink6 version update, and describe what notifications you should expect from client machines when the server update is complete. In addition, this course will show you how the Scheduler can help you to automate CEMLink and database tasks, as well as report and trend generation and data exportation.
Trending/Data Viewer
This class is perfect if you’re looking to learn more about data mining, forensics, and review. Using the Data Viewer, you’ll learn how to investigate data flags, understand what makes data valid or invalid, and create layouts to access commonly used data. Then, with Trend UI, you’ll learn some techniques that will help you set up several types of trends that allow for easy identification of outliers.
Alarms
This course will teach you how to manage everything related to alarms and eliminate the nuisance alarm once and for all. That includes identification and categorization of the different types of alarms, configuration of emails for each alarm condition, association of reason and action codes, and setting up auto-coding as they become active. The instructor will help you identify an alarm management strategy to be implemented in your DAHS.
